Instructions

• I wish to open Credit Card Account with Punjab National Bank and I authorize the Bank to open my account through Video KYC process.
• The front and back camera is functional
• Location of the device should be on
• Location access should be given to Chrome browser for Android users and to Safari for iOS users
• There is enough lighting in the room
• A white background is the room
• Keep the original PAN card along with a white sheet paper of paper and a pen
• During the Video call Put phone to DND if possible / not to answer any other call received during the video call
• Video KYC to be completed on Banking days/Banking hours 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Android

• Chrome browser should be up to date
• Battery saver should be off
• Lite Mode should be off in chrome settings

iOS

• Safari Browser should be up to date
